Big Rock Candy Mountain

This past weekend we packed up the motorhome and headed to Big Rock Candy Mountain to help celebrate Joe Heagany II 60th birthday! 

Some of us stayed at the resort in the hotel or cabins...

and the rest of stayed at the RV Park!

If we are heading anywhere that takes us through St. George we stop at our favorite Pizza Factory and have their yummy salad bar and breadsticks with honey butter thats to die for!

Jax just loved being strapped into the Ranger and going for rides all weekend long.

Grandpa Jim was taking a break after spending 2 hours putting Jax's seat on my bike!

Peyton literally would not stop riding her bike all weekend long! She just kept doing circles for hours!

Everytime Jax sees a camera he puts a big smile on!

The girls are hanging out on the little wooden bridge that went out into the middle of the pond, it was really cute! The kids had a great weekend and we all really enjoyed the cool weather! Thanks for inviting us Heagany's!

Jax Is Crawling!

So why I was away on my girls trip this past weekend Jax decided to start crawling! I was a little sad to get the news the first day I was away that I had missed out on a milestone. Maybe he was trying to tell me something? Like not to leave him again? 

He started crawling at about

8 1/2 months. Jax has been a very easy baby he sleeps through the night, is very HAPPY and always waiting for someone to make him laugh. He adores his sisters and thinks they are here for his entertainment. He sees a camera and will start to crack up hysterically, has great hair (why do the boys always get it)? and I swear he says Mamamama all the time! We just feel so blessed to have him and can't wait for the next milestone!

Primary Temple Trip!

When I was downloading some recent pictures I came across these from couple months ago and realized I had completely forgotten about them. 

The Anthem Ward Primary took a trip to the temple this past May and it was a wonderful experience for the kids! The weather ended up being perfect and the kids loved being on the beautiful grounds! My girls wandered a little more then the rest, but they just couldn't help themselves with all the rolling hills of grass and brightly colored flowers. I was a little exhausted afterwards, but was very grateful the experience to go with the girls for their first temple experience!

Newport Beach Girls Trip!

What a Fabulous girls trip! Nicole and I went to my families house in Newport Beach for a long weekend. It was the most relaxing, fun trip I wish we were still there! We left Thursday morning and arrived at about 1:30. It was supposed to be rainy all weekend so when the sun was out we jumped at the opportunity and threw on our suits to bask in as much sun as possible. And then miraculously the sun was out the the entire time! 

Every morning we would wake up and run and do pilates and then we hopped on our beach cruisers and headed to my favorite bagel shop to get an Acai smoothie...

then we would come back put on our swimsuits and just sit in the sun for most of the afternoon!

Nicole is a very healthy eater and I don't consider myself too bad either and we did really good until we found Sprinkles Cupcakes! We decided to get a dozen of different varieties and cut them into fours just so we could taste everything and they were amazing!

Church Fashion Show

Our Enrichment theme this quarter was Stepping Back in Time. We got to dress in different time period fashions and walk the runway! I got to model the 1930's, 1940's, 1970's and 2000's. It was such a great experience. I only have one photograph of it before I left the house. It was kind of hard to take pictures when I was running around changing the whole time, but I need to see if anyone else got some and I will post them. Thanks Sloan for my transformation!

Baby Shower/Girls Trip

Me, Kayleen, Ashlee and Jamie traveled to Utah for our cousin Bekah's baby shower. Everytime someone in the family is either getting married or having a baby the aunt's get together and throw a shower!

On the way there we got to stop in St. George and have our favorite Pizza Factory! So Delicious!
